It took a ragging death and an inquiry committee report for the highest court in India to take note of the fact that there is rampant alcoholism on campuses. Perhaps, if the inquiry committee had chosen to dig further, they would have also discovered that there is rampant substance abuse in many campuses that goes much beyond alcholism. Alcoholism and smoking are now only the entry points into the world of the cool college dudes n babes.
